Shipping & Delivery

We only ship to US from US warehouse right now. (Do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii islands) 

No, We only ship to the lower 48 states in the US.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2~7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by ZHENGBU are estimates.

About Ebike

Charging the battery from empty to full typically takes 5-6 hours. In rare cases, it may take longer to allow the battery management system to balance the battery, particularly when the bike is new or after long periods of storage.

Yes, you can --that is what it is there for! However, using the throttle the entire time you are riding will impact how long the battery will last.

The cruising range depends more or less on the model configuration and your riding style, pedal assist and/or throttle level, rider weight, slope and headwind/downwind. See the product information overview of the model for details.

Clean your ZHENGBU bike just the way you would clean a regular bike. It is recommended to remove the battery before hosing down your ZHENGBU Ebike.

The bike will arrive mostly assembled. We will provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video so you can assemble your ZHENGBU ebike bike within 20mins even if you are a novice.

Please refer to the YouTube ZHENGBU channel to assemble the bike.

Please reconnect the light cable and check if the pins are damaged or bent. If it can not be fixed, then please send emails to after-sales.

Whether the pedals are installed correctly according to the left and right directions, provide pictures and frame number to confirm and contact after-sales service.

Check whether the indicator light of the charger is displayed normally, test whether the output voltage of the charger is greater than 48V, and troubleshoot the charger first.

If there is no problem with the charger, it is likely that the fuse of the battery charging port is damaged. You can try to go to a local repair shop to replace the fuse.

If you still can't solve it after replacement, please provide a video showing that the battery cannot be charged, provide the frame number and order number, and contact after-sales.

All ZHENGBU electric bikes are covered under our supplier's 1-year all-encompassing service warranty.
